Juan Carlos served as the teaching pastor at The Gathering in Millersville for eight years and has transitioned to plant Christ Alone Fellowship in Lancaster. Juan Carlos studied at Metro Baltimore Seminary for a Bachelor's Degree in Theology and is ordained as a pastor in the Bible Fellowship Church. Married to Lynette Morales and having three beautiful children, Juan Carlos seeks to glorify God through teaching, discipleship, and evangelism!

Born and raised near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Wayne moved to Lancaster City at 16 to begin a new chapter of life. After years as a single father and five years of ministry at New Life City Church (serving as youth minister and pastor-in-training), he experienced God’s grace in a new way when he met and married his wife, Tiffani.

Together, Wayne and Tiffani have blended their lives into one Christ-centered family. Rooted in God’s providence, they are raising five children with joy, love, and a shared heart for the gospel.

Wayne now serves as Chaplain of Homestead Village Retirement Community and Assistant Pastor of Christ Alone Fellowship. Whether preaching, offering pastoral care to the elderly, or shepherding his own household, Wayne seeks to reflect the heart of Christ in all things. The Cooley family continues to pray for the city of Lancaster to be transformed by the saving power of Jesus Christ.

Stephen and his wife, Rachel, live just outside the city of Lancaster with their two daughters, Emma and Hannah. Stephen grew up in the church but walked away from the faith as he entered college. He became disillusioned with Christianity after witnessing many self-proclaimed Christians live in ways that contradicted their faith, and he wanted nothing to do with the Lord. However, throughout his freshman year, God continued to work in his heart, and a desire slowly grew to serve Him. Through a deepening hunger to study the Scriptures and theology, Stephen fell in love with Christianity and the Lord once again.

At Christ Alone Fellowship, Stephen oversees the security, social media, and ushering teams, and assists with a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining the website, managing Church Center, releasing the weekly podcast, teaching in the Men's Ministry, and handling other behind-the-scenes responsibilities. Outside of church and his job as a construction project manager, Stephen enjoys biking, running, swimming, and reading.

Imer serves as an Elder and also as the Worship Leader at Christ Alone Fellowship, where he has been a member since 2022. With over 20 years of experience in music ministry, he has led and co-led worship teams, bringing his passion for worship and music to the heart of the church. As an Elder, he is dedicated to shepherding God’s people with care and faithfulness. Growing up in the church and being the son of a pastor Imer was aware of the gospel but true conversion came by the Grace of God in 2017 and was baptized in 2019 at Crossway Church.

Imer has been happily married to his beloved wife, Marlene since 2015, and together they are raising their three beautiful children, Daniel, Isabelle, and Camila, with joy and intentionality in discipleship. He attended Millersville University and currently works as a Senior Relationship Banker in the finance sector.

In his free time Imer enjoys occasional beach trips , grilling what he calls “An award winning steak”, spending time with his family, spending quality time with his wife, sharpening his skills in music, watching football, and coaching his son in soccer. He is excited to witness God’s hand at work in Christ Alone Fellowship and trusts in His plans for the future of the church. 

Meet Brandy Peterson. She was born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania where she currently resides with her children, Mathew and Elizabeth.  She graduated from Central Dauphin East High School with business academics.  She has worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for fourteen years and is presently an Administrative Assistant for the Office of Developmental Programs.  

She has a great passion for baking and enjoys cooking as well.  But more importantly, she desires to grow deeper in her relationship with the Lord.  

She has been a believer in Christ for quite some time and by God’s grace alone, has grown exponentially in the last few years and was led to the Reformed faith.  Finding a Reformed church had been quite a challenge.  But God was faithful and has brought them to Christ Alone Fellowship Church to worship and build relationships with likeminded individuals and therefore, go and share the Gospel.
